| Fitness is my passion. It's a lifestyle, a way of thinking and acting. It is not a fad or a diet. I'm also a realist. My programs are effective, but if you believe after 8 weeks of following one that you will somehow completely reverse years of a sedentary lifestyle or lose 60 pounds, then you are setting yourself up to fail. As your trainer, I will push and encourage you, but I won't make a promise that sets you up to fail. That wouldn't be fair to you. Motivation differs for each person. For some, it's to improve their overall health, others it is to lose 15 pounds or 5% bodyfat, or to return to your pre-pregnancy weight and body. Whatever your goal is, for me to be an effective fitness coach, you must be honest with yourself and with me. Don't expect perfection. People aren't robots so some days you will be stronger, faster, and more explosive than others. This is okay - just use it to help push you to work harder the next day. You are only competing against yourself. | ||||||||||

| I've been a fitness enthusiast since a young age. Over the past several years, I found myself answering questions from fellow members at the health club, then taking family and friends through workouts, which quickly evolved into creating workout programs for them, and eventually starting my own business in 2007. I design programs for clients based on their goals, family history, medical history, and equipment they have access to. I generally use a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and bodyweight exercises to help my clients meet their goals. | ||||||||||

I bring them to you at your location, making it more convenient for your group. Prices depend on the number of classes in a session. My traditional training fees are $40 - $50 / session, depending on whether it is a one-time session or if it is part of a package. | ||||||||||
