| My experience goes back a little over 20 years. I've been involved in the joy of sports since I was 12, Football, Track and Field, wrestling and powerlifting. I've been a trainer for a little over 7 years though, having worked with high school and college athletes, stay at home moms and general fitness. My main goal is to help beat the obesity problem that we're going through, and to be sure that if you have fitness concerns that I can answer them and challenge you with the most unorthodox style you've delt with ... while keeping it fun. My personal goal is to continue to be in the best condition possible, and to remain healthy! | ||||||||||
