Whats up? :) My name is Mark Rees and I run Mark Rees Fitness (MRF). MRF is a well organized business which helps each clients live a healthier lifestyle by customizing each clients sessions to their specific goals. We check for muscular imbalances, cardiovascular levels, strength, Flexibility and all around skills + capabilities. MRF will make you our #1 focus with our 1 on 1 in-home sessions that provide weekly customized training workouts which fit you like a puzzle piece. I am not a nutritionist but have over 100 hours of nutrition schooling and a certificate that will allow me to provide you with my general knowledge that will bring your fitness goals to a success. I have been in this industry 2 years but technically almost my whole life. I Graduated from The National Personal Training Institute of Norwalk, CT and have been studying in the NASM module program (National Association of Sports Medicine) I have been an athlete my entire life with experience in almost all sports; baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis, track, football, Golf, swimming, volleyball, lacrosse and any high endurance, strength, power or technical sports. I don't just have a business in the industry but have been living in it my whole life.

The National Personal Training Institute has taught me a lot other then what I knew from my past life experience in sports and training. I have studied in ACSM training (American College of Sports Medicine) and NASM. They are both excellent top training organizations and I train mostly by the NASM modules. NASM really focuses on you as an individual by accessing your muscle imbalances, cardiovascular endurance, strength levels and completely customizes a program to help you on technical aspects you might have never known about yourself. The training will set your body the way it was meant to work and even correct your entire posture while working toward your main goals all in one.

I understand that the majority of Find My Fitness Trainer's in home Personal Trainers charge rates on average between $65-$95 per session. Studio Personal Training ranges from $55-$75 per session. In major metro cities like Los Angeles and NYC it is common to pay on average an additional $20 per session from the previously quoted rates. Most of Find My Fitness Trainer's Personal Trainers also offer half hour rates and Personal Training packages that can help lower overall cost per session, and I also understand that I need to make sure that I have properly budgeted for the professional services I am seeking before I make my Personal Trainer submission request.
