Personal Training should be "Personalized" to help a client achieve their optimal goal most efficiently.The key to improving fitness is not in simply doing the training, but excelling through the training. By understanding how one is responding and adapting to the training Jeff modifies the program to meet individual requirements. Meaning, he adjusts the programs exercise intensity, volume, resistance, rest, positioning and effort based on the client's natural physiological response. The result is a significantly accelerated improvement of your overall strength, power, speed, dynamic flexibility, aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, body composition and enhanced appearance while avoiding injury and plateaus. You are provided all equipment for your in-home training sessions and also receive free loaner equipment for your off days. All of this is combined with a completely personalized nutritional program tailored to your body type and needs that focuses on max health benefits and optimizing your metabolism. You will receive customized meal planning, personal recipes, complete nutritional guidance guide, nutritional analysis & consultations, grocery shopping tour, and much more. All included in your program.

I understand that the majority of Find My Fitness Trainer's in home Personal Trainers charge rates on average between $65-$95 per session. Studio Personal Training ranges from $55-$75 per session. In major metro cities like Los Angeles and NYC it is common to pay on average an additional $20 per session from the previously quoted rates. Most of Find My Fitness Trainer's Personal Trainers also offer half hour rates and Personal Training packages that can help lower overall cost per session, and I also understand that I need to make sure that I have properly budgeted for the professional services I am seeking before I make my Personal Trainer submission request.
