| Derwood has had a wide variety of training over the years while being a multi-sport athlete. He has spent many weeks in multiple athletic camps hosted by Louisiana State University where he learned proper weight training techniques for sports such as football, baseball, track, and basketball. There he also learned sport specific drills and even the importance of nutrition in fitness. Derwood has also spent 4 years in the in United State Army where he worked with 3rd Special Forces for 3 of those years. This is where he learned the true importance of being physically ready for anything life throws at you. Since then, he has found successfull ways to incorporate Army (total body fitness) with sport specific training! | ||||||||||||||||||
