| I"ve been a certified personal trainer since 2003. I've trained clients ranging from 26 years old to 80 years old with various fitness needs. Some of these included weight loss, muscular inbalances, problems with balance and coordination, muscle strength/tone and aerobic endurance. I train one-on-one or two clients during the same hour which I call the "Buddy System." I've also trained small groups which include fitness ball classes and a boot camp style class. Starting October 15, 2009 I'll be starting a support group called "Living Healthy & Happy". It's a fun, high energy workout set to music incorporating interval cardio training, balance and coordination, strength training and stretching.
