I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past several years working in the Philadelphia area and recently relocated to the wonderful west coast. I have been into fitness my whole life playing many different sports and continuing my passion for fitness by training for triathlons. My goal everyday is to be the best that I can be and to bring the best out in everyone I work with.
