| Your training begins with helping you define your goal specifically, lay out a plan to get to it, provide techniques for you to establish a positive and powerful self-image that matches your goal. We also combine five elements of a complete and effective workout into action plans to get you to your goals fast. The learn-as-you-do approach increases your awareness of your body so that you can get at least twice the results in half the time and establishing small measurable results help you develop a habit of being successful. Your body – thin or fat, strong or weak, toned or flabby- is an extension of the image you are holding for yourself. Whatever image you hold in your heart and mind will determine your activities. The main struggle my clients have is their struggle with their own self-image. This is why we help you establish a positive self-image and stop the negative self-talk as the first part in getting long lasting results. The second part of your bootcamp participation is about providing you with a specific action plan. The most positive self-image will not help you if you do not have an action plan. The third part of your bootcamp participation is to provide you with a supportive and fun environment in which you can work on your action plan. This is where progress measurement and accountability comes in to prevent you from running in circles or going back to the old habits. | ||||||||||||||||||
