About My Business:
About me I have been training for approximately 20 years. I am a living witness of the extreme results that my workout program and knowledge WORK! I can eliminate fat & cellulite in a matter of days! I have trained many athletes, men & women of all ages , and children through personal training and group fitness or sports training. I’ve taught Pilates, gymnastics, Tai Chi, dance, and athletic cheer to many students over my lifetime. I am 38 years old and look and feel like a teenager. I have been training in weights/pilates/cheer/dance/kickboxing since 1984 and would appreciate the opportunity to prove that my training techniques WORK! I am a Police Academy graduate from Southwestern College Police Academy. The academy pushed me harder than anything I’ve ever done. It was a test of will and mine is strong. The amount of physical training was intense and more than half of the trainees ended up dropping out or were terminated. The majority of the trainees that didn’t make it to graduation were not prepared or strong willed enough to endure the amount of physical training. It was an eleven month academy which I am forever grateful for. GET LUCKY... GET FIT!

I understand that the majority of Find My Fitness Trainer's in home Personal Trainers charge rates on average between $65-$95 per session. Studio Personal Training ranges from $55-$75 per session. In major metro cities like Los Angeles and NYC it is common to pay on average an additional $20 per session from the previously quoted rates. Most of Find My Fitness Trainer's Personal Trainers also offer half hour rates and Personal Training packages that can help lower overall cost per session, and I also understand that I need to make sure that I have properly budgeted for the professional services I am seeking before I make my Personal Trainer submission request.
