Sunnyside Personal Trainer - Experience and Goals - How long in the Industry?
James is one of New York City’s most passionate and successful personal trainers. He has over 15 years of training experience. His fitness journey started at an early age as he was always under weight growing up. He began wrestling and taking various forms of martial arts. He started to study the science of weight training and proper nutrition and was able to naturally gain 65lbs of muscle mass over the course of a couple of years. 2009 he was accepted as a trainer for Equinox on 19th street in NYC. Rapidly, his outgoing personality, creativity and professional attitude towards himself and his clients led to him winning 3 trainer contests within 3 months of employment. Soon after he was asked to share his knowledge and successful by teaching a class to other personal trainers and regional manager of Equinox. The material presented was later implemented in the business model for all personal trainers. On averages 6-12% body fat loss has been seen in clients monthly. One of the best success stories shared is of a client that quit smoking and lost 17% body fat, with the training regiment of 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Clients have noted to be enthralled to be able to actually have fun working out and the energy gain in everyday life. The feedback received from his clients is truly unsurpassed. James is a die hard believer in the power of the mind and muscle connection during the execution of the body. He knows first hand the importance and positive effects fitness has on overall quality of life. He takes his craft seriously and it is safe to say that you will not leave a session with him without being motivated, educated, while having a good laugh and being downright exhausted. James is currently enrolled in the institute of integrative nutrition program to better serve his clients.

I understand that the majority of Find My Fitness Trainer's in home Personal Trainers charge rates on average between $65-$95 per session. Studio Personal Training ranges from $55-$75 per session. In major metro cities like Los Angeles and NYC it is common to pay on average an additional $20 per session from the previously quoted rates. Most of Find My Fitness Trainer's Personal Trainers also offer half hour rates and Personal Training packages that can help lower overall cost per session, and I also understand that I need to make sure that I have properly budgeted for the professional services I am seeking before I make my Personal Trainer submission request.
