| My goal as a trainer is to help you reach your fitness goals whatever it may be! This is the inexpensive way to work out. You do not have to spend money on a gym membership, all you do is pay me for one hour just 3 days a week in the comfort of your own home! -My current rates are 35 dollars per session (sessions last 45-75 minutes) -I will give you the first consultation and workout session both for FREE! -I bring any and all equipment needed. -I monitor your heart rate during the workout to make sure you do not over exert yourself. -I come to your home at times that are best for you. -I will provide guided workouts as well as nutritional guidance throughout your quest with me as a trainer. -IF YOU CAN FIND ONE OTHER PERSON TO WORK OUT WITH YOU I WILL TAKE 10 DOLLARS OFF MY ALREADY LOW RATE MAKING IT ONLY 25 DOLLARS PER SESSION FOR YOU AND 25 PER SESSION FOR YOUR FRIEND! | ||||||||||||||||||

| I have not been in the industry long, but that is because I am young. I do research and am up to date on all aspects of personal training. I am finishing up my degree in exercise physiology and intend to get a graduate degree in exercise physiology as well. I currently work as a fitness consultant at a local gym and provide clients with fitness and nutritional guidance and do personal training on the side. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients meet their ultimate fitness goal(s) whatever that may be! | ||||||||||||||||||
