Iron Quest is a 4000SF private studio environment, in which each client gets their own work station. We provide personal fitness training for weight management, muscular development, orthopedic limitations athlete development and holistic wellness.

Iron Quest Personal Fitness Training is Lansing Michigan's premiere comprehensive personal training. We have been in operation for over 8 years, training 90-100 clients per week. Jason McCammon, Fitness Director, has over 20 years of fitness experience. We have 7 trainers, degreed and certified, who have a combined professional experience of over 30 years. Our programs are heavily rooted in correct biomechanical physiology with a total-body training approach. We perform a 40-point evaluation to ensure we design the optimal, injury-free program for each individual - absolutely NO "cookie-cutter" routines as is common with many trainers. Whether a client just wants to lose a few pounds, perform their sport at the highest level or build muscle naturally, we will be sure our clients get the best routine for their goals. Our program also includes holistic nutrition counseling (not a "diet") which is crucial for success. Our goal is to train you safely and effectively. We offer a complimentary consultation for goal discussion with absolute no commitment required. We want to be sure there is a good fit before moving forward.

Being a former national level competitor in college track, Jason McCammon has upper-level athletic experience and 10 years of research in athletic development. We train athletes that attain top rankings at the Nike Football Combine (for D-I football recruiting). We can drastically increase bench press, vertical leap, 40yd, shuttle, flexibility, injury-resistance and agility. For regular personal training clients, Jason goes to great lengths to help uncover individual issues that may slow or stop progression to goals such as severe strength imbalances, motor-pattern recruitment deficiencies, hormonal imbalances as well as dietary and supplement optimization. Iron Quest Fitness also trains post-physical therapy clients who are still not quite recovered from an injury or procedure. We network with area professionals to ensure we find a solution. This has been invaluable to those clients with chronic pain.

I understand that the majority of Find My Fitness Trainer's in home Personal Trainers charge rates on average between $65-$95 per session. Studio Personal Training ranges from $55-$75 per session. In major metro cities like Los Angeles and NYC it is common to pay on average an additional $20 per session from the previously quoted rates. Most of Find My Fitness Trainer's Personal Trainers also offer half hour rates and Personal Training packages that can help lower overall cost per session, and I also understand that I need to make sure that I have properly budgeted for the professional services I am seeking before I make my Personal Trainer submission request.
